I am making my friend’s bridal bouquet the night before the wedding. How do I store it that night so it stays fresh and doesn’t get damaged?

empty out all the shelves on one side of the fridgerator…. lower one or remove it to open a space big enuff for the bouquet….spritz it lightly with water and put it on the shelf… cover it with tissue paper, held up off the flowers with picks or wooden skewers….. raise the temperature of the fridge(turn it the other way from ‘colder’_)….. so that the flowers cannot get too cold and freeze their tips….. florists keep their flowers in a refrigerator until they use them in arrangements… this will work for you, too….
