U do such a good job…I luv 2 dec. cakes and ice them….I could do it every day ALL day.LOL Im making 2 cakes 4 my nieces…oce i crumbcoat them do i put them into the fridge till tomorrow morning and the put final coating of icing on? Do I need 2 put s. wrap over them after i crumbcoat? is it necessary? I thought that once u put icing on the cake it keeps the moisture in the cake and doesnt dry it out. Sorry with all the ?s

    Hi Angeleyes,
Thanks LOL you really are passionate about cake decorating!!!Yes after crumb coating I usually cover with plastic wrap. If you crumb coat thick enough you probably don’t have to cover the cake. Then a few hours later or the next day you can finish it. Thanks for visiting my channel! have fun!!!

lol… yeah its funny when delievering a cake, the people that pass you on the road give you some dirty looks. but you have to drive slow, theres no other way. if my husband drives i think i sucessfully tell him where EVERY bump is in the road… :)
